BACKGROUND

Thirty-fifth president of the United States, John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963. This popular young president had shown great leadership and potential during his brief time in office. Two days after the assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald, arrested for the crime, was shot and killed by Jack Ruby. Much controversy continues to surround these events.
