Surely, there must be legality in every society. The state is under an obligation to contest with tyranny, to prevent crimes and to protect citizens. Is only by the law should be regulated public and individual relations? The point is that presently there are attempts of transformation of the law in the absolute at the complete ignoring of spiritually-moral aspects of problems. It is everywhere talked about the decision value of the law, argues about that, where legality is more, and where is less.

However there is no place to the factor of conscience, morality, amorality in the modern system. The modern system of values quite ignores it and calls to follow only by a callous law despite natural nature of the man, or laws (or concepts) can be not broken, but to “walk around”. For example, euthanasia question is quite disputable, and it is illegal to “kill” somebody, but in the situation when person is diagnosed with terminal illness and suffered from excruciating pain, in my opinion it would be morally correct and break the law through the helping person to achieve death. It sounds awful to “help person to die”, but when terminally ill people ask to make euthanasia for them and there is no chance to do something and somehow to relieve their sufferings I think it is morally correct to help them. Euthanasia is disputable topic from both religious and medical sides, but in my opinion it is a good example in our case due its varied nature.
Thus, taking into account above presented information it is possible to conclude that sometimes it is morally correct to go against the law and to do something illegal in spite any circumstances.
