The first part of the assignment is entitled “Chandogya Upanishad”. Firstly, with the example of the Nyagrodha tree the father-brahmin shows his son, Svetaketu, the True, which is the essence of all things that exist. But this example with the fruit of the tree is not clear for Svetaketu, because the True essence can not be seen. So, father decided to give his son one more example with the salt in the water. The sequence of man’s rebirth is endless. By the deeds only it can be specified, if the one can better his status in next reincarnation. For example, if a man in this life does something bad or wrong, he will have a miserable life next time he is reborn.
