1) “Manager from hell” is the common name of unreasonably demanding, too autocratic, apparently incompetent or low-skilled manager. The most common feature for every “manager from hell” is the scare; it is the main emotion of their collaborators. The employees under such management feel total responsibility, total authority of the manager and scare. To avoid earning of this title manager should keep the distance between him\her and other members of the team reasonably short, to choose more democratic style of leadership and to take in attention the personal qualities and problems of the employees.
2) The manager from hell usually wins the most in the area of controlling. Three other areas are weaker for him, and usually manager from hell fails the most in leading and planning. People who work with the manager from hell usually understand their power to choose, and after that they can leave the position, the team or department or even the company.
