My education has led me to the University of Salford, where I am currently studying business information technology. As the matter of fact, I was always concerned with information technologies but, on making the choice of my professional career, I decided to enrol business in my education goals because, today, business is essential for a successful professional career. However, this is a long-run perspective, which I definitely want to achieve in the future.
At the moment I am entirely focused on my education. At the same time, I do not have an extensive experience of studying. On finishing my high school in Greece, I stayed there for a year. During that year I worked on the development of my English competence because I wanted to become a proficient English speaker in order to be able to communicate with English people and study in England. In fact, I spent that year studying English, improving my language skills and expanding my knowledge in the field of business information technology. However, frankly speaking, I did not succeed much in business information technology because I mainly focused on information technologies and it was always difficult to me to find the business application to various information technologies.
The following year I spent in England. This was my foundation year at the University of Salford. This was the great time for me because it was really important for me to get accustomed to the new country and new environment. At the same time, it was even more important for me to prove to be able to learn in England, where the education system and especially the higher education is a bit different from the education system and higher education in Greece. Anyway, it was a challengeable task for me to spend my first foundation year in England at the University of Salford. Nevertheless, I have coped with all the challenges and hardships I had to pass through. As I passed my foundation year at the University of Salford, I went to the first year in business information technology, which was and still is another challenge for me. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that I will be able to cope with all the challenges and succeed in my education at the University of Salford.
At the present moment, I carry on my education at the University of Salford and I expect to graduate and obtain my Bachelor and Master degrees. At any rate, I have always been successful in my education and my first foundation year in England at the University of Salford has proved my ability to learn and live in England. Therefore, I count to continue my education here.

In addition, I am very concerned with the University activities. For instance, I would gladly participate in University activities and become a member of the University community.
