A team is usually a group of people who have their common goal to achieve.
Team is a group of like-minded people working together to achieve the common goals. As a result of this interaction it is possible for a fairly short period of time to achieve much better results than working alone. In a well-functioning team all responsibilities are clearly divided between co-workers: some generate ideas for further development, others are developing plans for expansion into areas not yet covered the territory, others establishing contact with potential partners or customers, a fourth encouraging workers to “deeds”. Thus, complementing each other, people create a single balanced team, where everyone does what does best, and skills deficiencies are compensated by joint efforts. [3]

The team makes it possible to implement projects that are beyond the power of one person. The team as a whole is responsible for everything what it does and does not.

Groups and teams are both effective and they have one goal – to bring people closer for the sake of the organization.
In the business environment, team work should be part of culture. Responsibility for the implementation of the command culture in the organization rests with its leaders. Their responsibilities include the task to create an environment in which teamwork can flourish. Failure to do so will inevitably lead to the death of the company.
