List the five parts of the communication process. In a sentence or two for each part, describe how that part would apply to your specific task
The process of human communication can be divided onto five parts: 1) forming a message 2) sending the message in written or verbal form to 3) the recipient or the group 4) which receive the message 5) and understand it message in a particular way.
Under the given task it is necessary to form the short message describing the advantages of having business with us. This message should be verbal because time is essential and the person on negotiations probably has a power to take the decisions; however it would be helpful to support the verbal message in the written form. The message should be send to the manufacturer: business owner or CEO. It is also necessary to assure that the recipient received the message and understood it correctly.

Provide three reasons for your choice and expand on each reason in one or two senses.
It is necessary to choose the physical medium. It allows seeing and hearing the person and doesn’t prevent using the non-verbal signals. It saves the time. It can be two-side channel and one-side channel.

Darlene is away from her desk and doesn’t answer the phone

D) Apply three of rules for effective communication to improve the following memo. Explain how you used each of the rules you selected.
First, it is necessary to correct the spelling mistakes. The misspelling makes the recipient thinking about the language not about the content of the note.
Second, it is necessary to describe the nature of the future deal in more details to assure the manager that this deal could be profitable for the company.
Third, it is necessary to rewrite the memo using more official writing style. It is the working document not the personal letter so it should be formal.
