Buy essay on Latino culture citizenship

I would like to discuss in this paper one topic connected with Latino culture citizenship and in my opinion we also should answer on the question: how did Latinos claim distinct citizenship and why? I will base my explanation on the book Latino Cultural Citizenship: Claiming Identity, Space, and Rights written by William Flores, because in my opinion this book answers on this question in the full degree.
The problem of immigration and culture citizenship is so important today exactly because in it much more scale question of correlation of changeability and succession, question, is celled about that, in which measure it is possible to scorn one in behalf on other. We can find hot debates about the topic of culture citizenship and it becomes clear from appropriate literature on cultural citizenship that questions of identity, cultural phenomena and immigration issues are really privileged over other theoretical aspects having to do with polity’s membership.
Answering on the question how did Latinos claim distinct citizenship and why, we should mention that the presented picture grounds to establish the substantial difference of Europe from the United States in attitude toward the modern problems of immigration. The USA was formed as the union of free people, intended for achievement of certain goal; opposite, the European nations-states were folded on the base of historical tradition, founded to community of origin and territory. The American culture is opened for building in it of new elements; Europeans, opposite, value every element of the culture and aspire to the maintenance of its originality. It show us than Latinos fight for their rights to become the part of society and become full members of the country. Analyzing this moment and comparing it with European point of view we should mark out that radical limitation of immigration, how its ground did not look rational, contradicts American universalist ideology; Europeans “never considered themselves belonging to the immigrant countries, as it peculiar to Americans”, therefore they are not constrained similar limitations. At the same time the European politicians long time feared criticism on the left and on the right doesn’t dare in public discuss pluses and minuses of immigration. Saying about today’s situation we see that taking for the base old problems connected with cultural citizenship the problems of immigration were intensified by finding of all greater confession of multiculturalism conception, and also in connection with the growing for immigrants feeling of their own influence.
Thus, we can say for the conclusion that in their times Latinos claimed distinct citizenship and distribution of multiculturalism’s ideas accepted the obviously hypertrophied character in the USA, results in the deep crisis of identity. Coming from aspiration to facilitate immigrants incorporating in American society, Americans try to give large meaningfulness to other countries’ cultural traditions. And we also see that on changing of tendency to assimilation of immigrants their aspiring comes to the self-expression exactly as members of one or another cultural associations. There is the real danger of modification of the present political system in new terms, if the actions of great number of ethnic groups will be consolidated. Based on all above said we could come to the conclusion that certainly, keep from development of migratory processes at the modern world is impossible. But it is only strengthens a necessity critically to comprehend experience of immigration of the last decades, impartiality to estimate accordance of now widespread conceptions and fundamental principles of western social philosophy, come to the clear understanding that any man, being accepted in one or another society, does not have warrants to require providing of the rights from him, not assuming strictly certain duties.
