Besides it has happy end and I’m proud of the work of Scotland Yard and Russian government. I would agree with the decision to keep the article.

Viruses are one of the most important up-to-date topics to be discussed and problems to be solved. And the article under consideration is very reasonable and well-founded. The author predicts “two major trends in Internet technology that will have an impact on virus spread in the next few years: one is the increasing ubiquity and power of integrated mail systems, and the other is the rise of mobile-program systems”. Information given in the article is useful and should be analized and well-understood. I would decide to add this article.
