World structure of terror was formed not alone decade, that’s why many terrorist organization has own roots deeply in the history. Terrorist organization is organization, created for realization of terrorist activity or acknowledging possibility of the use in the activity of terrorism. The main aim of this paper is to talk about foreign terrorist organizations.
Defining term “foreign terrorist organizations” it is necessary to say that according to www.state.gov “Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) are foreign organizations that are designated by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended.” www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org added that “FTO designations play a critical role in our fight against terrorism and are an effective means of curtailing support for terrorist activities and pressuring groups to get out of the terrorism business.” In the annual report about terrorism the US State Department names different foreign terrorist organizations.
Terrorist organizations practise different “theories” in their activity – from neo-fascist to ultraleft conceptions, but whatever phraseology they came running to, what theosophical opinions and flows not covered, their essence remains frankly hostile and reactionary. If some group is marked as “Foreign terrorist organization”, the government of the USA blocks its assets in the financial institutes of the USA, refuses its members in delivery of visas and examines as a crime grant to it support or facilities by citizens of the USA or other persons, being under jurisdiction of the USA.
Terrorism continues to present an obvious and real danger for an international association. It was defined designation of foreign terrorist organizations through the body of this paper. Thus, we see that US State Department tries to control activity of foreign terrorist organizations and protect the country in such way.
