Debate Topic: Individual financial incentives effective in an organizations’ reward system

Opposition Group: Deemphasizing individual financial incentives are important for employees’ motivation.

I’m the second speaker on behalf of the opposition.
Let me begin my own speech.
Firstly, Individual financial incentives are not only one choice for employees motivation. There are other incentives for employees instead of financial incentives. For example, social benefits play considerable role in motivation, as not only the money are important for the workers. As well, conditions at work and friendly atmosphere may be the factors that will be the most important. Also, employees can be interested in different options offered by the company – working freelance, using creative approaches, deciding something.
Incentives of the motivation combine a variety of methods of promoting, and from time to time to review internal company policies, listening to the wishes of the subordinates. This will be the only way to achieve a high competitive level of staffing and organization to get the most valuable professionals. As a fact, subordinates may be motivated by something that is not directly connected with their work. Ongoing research in the companies’ satisfaction of employees work does not include an assessment of motivation. Different workers have different goals and desires, and hence they need to provide different opportunities for work and professional growth. It can be said that the arbitrariness in promotions and rewards leads to cynicism, and not to increase of the motivation. As a fact, the more information employees have, the greater their motivation is.
Motivation really boosts basic productivity. Highly motivated employees actually work better. Organizations whose staff works good, as a whole perform better, and this changes the attitudes of employees to work, and also increases the profitability of the company.
