Re: Defective booklets
On September 07, 2011, I ordered 10,000 copies of the booklets from Jones Printing Company, 105 East Summit Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08910. I have just received the total amount of the booklets from your Printing Company.
Unfortunately, your product is not in compliance with the established standard because each booklet has serious defects – there are missing pages in each booklet. I am disappointed because this is not the first printing mistake made by Jones Printing Company. Moreover, the shipment is late what does not meet the requirements of the contract. Such inappropriate actions cause great problems to our business. This problem can change our business plans and yield serious losses.
I’d be grateful if you could correct the above mentioned printing mistakes or return money as the product does not meet the requirements set in the contract. Moreover, I’d like you to do it immediately as our regular customers are waiting for the product. If you refuse to reprint the booklets you will have to return money and I will find another Printing Company to do this order. I really appreciate your help. Enclosed are copies of our contract where you will find our requirements concerning the quality of our product.
