In the end it would be essential to note that writing memos and letters has a significant drawback in this case and as it was mentioned in the activity plan there might occur the staff turnover and downturn as a whole. I think the better idea would be gather organizational meeting and there provide the decision and suggest and open discussion. Such authoritarian decision from the side of the government could make a significant damage to the whole company. The first core drawback is that the letters make the relations between the staff and the government more formal and less reliable. And even suggestion of compensation and benefit increase could hardly add to the team building and establishment of reliable relations between the members of the team and store chain owners. The organizational meeting would really be better in such a case and it would show that the opinion of every stakeholder is important for the store owners and they want to share the difficulties the company met. The staff and managers could suppose that the government do not rely upon them and this could ruin the company.
The external stakeholders are also worth more attention from the side of the shop owners. The flyer and poster are also not really a good solution for this case ether. It would be much better to provide a letter for every of the stakeholders and for the others poster would be good. The best solution would be also inviting them on organizational meeting.
