I would like to say for the beginning of this paper that development of strategy, its adaptation to specific characteristics of the company and its realization lies in a business managing sphere. Strategy of company is a complex plan of management, which should fix position of company at the market and provide co-ordination of efforts, bringing in and satisfaction of consumers, successful competition and achievement of global aims. The process of strategy making is based on the careful study of all possible directions of development and activity and consists in the choice of general direction, developed markets, served necessities, methods of competition, attracted resources and business models. In other words, according to Culp (2001), strategy means a choice of the company way of development, markets, its methods of competition and possibilities in sphere of doing business.
If strategic vision determines future character of company, then a mission describes activity of company presently: what goods and services it produces, who are its clients, technological and business possibilities and so on. Most companies even include its mission in the annual reports and place them in different periodical literature. Mission nothing talks about direction of development of the company, its future activity and business plans. Thus, strategic vision is reflected by the future of company, and mission is its present.
Defining my business service I want to say that it will be work in the Internet. Internet is presently one of the most perspective instruments of construction of communicative connections between a company and environment. For any company, regardless of its size, the Internet is that technology which with the help of competent adoption and use can notedly promote efficiency of work and open new horizons. In spite of the fact that the Internet already is inalienable part of business for many companies, the few succeeds to organize work in this area enough effectively. Some companies used the Internet not to a full degree, other – apply a network only in a brief kind, using an e-mail and from time to time renewing an own site.
I would like to use for example Intel’s vision and formulate own on its base. According to Intel we see that their vision is milliards of computers with connecting to the Internet, millions of servers, trillions of dollars of income from electronic commerce. A mission of Intel is reserving roles of key supplier in the Internet – economics and assistance to any efforts on the increase of efficiency of the Internet. Today main function in computers is the Internet. Intel extends possibilities of the personal computer and the Internet. In our turn we should say that we see our mission in that, to build the steady world of the internet communication, uniting people, enriching their life and exposing their potential – at work and at home. We are sure that we will attain our aims, standing before a company, due to knowledge of necessities of our clients, work of highly skilled specialists, permanent introduction of new technologies and system approach of the company’s development.
Basing on above stated mission it is necessary to say that strategy of our company is directed on the further strengthening of our leading positions in the chosen region, and also on distribution of our activity in other regions of the country. Development of own network along with acquisition of local providers will allow us to become the first internet provider in chosen region and then in the country.
Our company propose not only the Internet service, but also creation of information resources. As a part of our strategy we could create an own informative resource on the business subjects and to move forward the company in such a way among customers of local providers. The users of the Internet on the nature got used to search interesting for them information. They use possibilities of world wide web for the receipt of new information and knowledge. For example, a company selling radio components and creating a site for radio amateurs, where the questions of assembling of one or other devices, compatibility of components and other great deal, are widely examined, gets an unique chance to convert the visitors of such site into their customers. It is not a problem to create filling of the site, because charging preparation of such materials to the permanent employees, we will help people to be effective in the business world without spending of superfluous facilities and heaving up professional level of the workers.
Our customers are not an ordinary people, but also leaders of different companies, who are people, as a rule, busy, however they like any successful people will never miss out possibility to know more about the new ways of development of own business. That is why our strategy is directed on several kinds of customers, who really need our services.
We will help our customers to promote the image of the organization, creating a showy corporate site. Corporate site is the face of the company in the Internet. A corporate site must be executed correctly with a designer and technical points of view. In fact, the visitors of the site will get the first impressions about a company exactly from the visit of our customer’s representative Internet office.
It is good to mention in the frames of our topic that our strategic vision is a perspective look to directions of development of organization activity, base conception that organization tries to do and what to attain. Vision for the future some differs from a mission: it is description what this company will be, for example, in five years. For industries with the protracted period of input of new powers, such, as development of aero-engines or difficult telecommunication systems, large terms are required. Mainly, that the chosen period of time was sufficient for realization of large changes.
According to Siegel (1999) vision of the organization can be compared to the dream, drawing future success of the company, but leaning against a confidence and resolution command of managers to convert it into reality. Corporations draw bold, but realistic and pragmatic prospects. Vision must join people and point their energy at achievement of the put aims, and also to set priorities wherein it is necessary. Vision for the future notedly differs from a business plan which must be detailed, to contain numbers and lean against budgets.
Thus, based on the all above stated information we could come to the conclusion that the internet service and web sites creation is a perspective direction in business. In future this perspective direction will develop in regional provider and it will be the first step to the steady success.
For the end of the paper it is necessary to say that our aim is consists in an assistance to economic development to welfare of associations, served by a company, by a grant to the citizens and enterprises of high-quality internet services, thus and in such volume, which correspond to the high professional and ethics standards, providing of just and corresponding income to the shareholders of company and just attitude toward the employees of company.
