For instance, schools and universities can offer educational program for students in need, which are free of charge. Providing educational services schools and universities will become closer and better.
Furthermore, the interactive level implies the close interaction between managers and clients at different levels. For instance, managers and clients may have some common interests and form a sort of alliance and, simultaneously, the manager can use environment to condition the behavior of the client. In such a way, the manager develops complex relationships with the client and conditions his or her behavior.
Thus, the ecological model affects consistently the manager-client interaction and may be used successfully by managers of different organizations.
