Every person in the process of his professional activity gains some leadership characteristics. Let us identify two leadership characteristics that a person could gain from each of the following experiences: trainer for a second school basketball team, president of the student council in a secondary school, volunteer for local charities.
Such leadership characteristics as the ability to motivate the members of the team to get success and the discipline are gained by a trainer of a basketball team. Every trainer has to be able to motivate his players. Only having given the team members the incentive to get success it is possible for the trainer to lead his team on the high level and to achieve great sport results. It goes without saying that every trainer must be disciplined and he must be an example for his players. Only order strikes class.
For a president of the student council confidence and screeing for opportunity are typical. The president of the student council must be confident to inspire confidence in others. A good president is always looking for the opportunity to achieve as much as possible from small possibilities. He also must be able to clutch any opportunity missed by the others.
The desire to serve others and the ability to work with heart, passion and compassion are gained by the volunteers of local charities. The work of the volunteer means the presence of such leadership characteristics as the desire to serve others without compensation and in the process of the work this desire is constantly developing. It goes without saying that every volunteer gains and develops the ability to work with heart, passion and compassion to the people he helps to.
