The purpose:
This is just friendly, informal memo to invite your on the August Party. We just want to celebrate the end of practical training for our summer interns before they return to schools. It is a good tradition that helps interns to feel they are the members of one great team.

Schedule:
The party begins at 7:00 PM. Please remember any hours at your regular schedule beyond this time must be taken as vacation. If your timesheet requires you to work beyond this table, please inform me for advance. The party ends at 9.30 PM.

Theme:
It is not a holiday party, so we really appreciate casual clothes.

Food:
The party will be take place at the nearest Grill house.

Drinks:
There will be a cash bar. Every intern or staff member can use drink chit for one glass of the wine or beer. For your safety you are allowed to drink one portion of liquor or one glass of wine or beer additionally.
Volunteers:
The organization of the party demands the joint work of many people. To make our party really bright we welcome the volunteers in party organization. Please help the organizations of the party to decorate the bars and to prepare it for our best pleasure.
Guests:
Every intern or staff member is allowed to take the family member or adult friend to the party.
