A bill is traditionally considered to be an idea for the new law, or an idea, of certain changes for the already existing law. Every year hundreds of bills start their legislative way in different states. The elected citizens divided into two groups, – thirty four of them are senators and a hundred are delegates. They examine, discuss and in the end vote on the suggested bills. There are two ways for bill to enter a legislative process.  A member of the House of Senate must introduce the bill
 Then either the Senate president or the House Speaker should refer the bill to a committee

 The bill is reported by the committee to the House of Senate member
 It should be read for a first time and then amended. After that it should be read for the second time
 The third reading is symbolized by the debates of the members and only after the discussion the bill is voted
 If the bill has passed than it might be sent to second chamber. At the second chamber the process repeats, with the speaker pr president, the committee investigation nd the action byu the House or Senate
 If the bill has passed than it should be signed into a law or it could be vetoed by the Governor
 The same time legislature could vote in override the vote. This means that the bill could become a low without Governor’s support and approval
So we see that a bill pass quite a long way to become a law.
