Adolescence is a period, which occupies an intermediate position between childhood and the adult life. A major challenge for adolescents is a psychological separation of parents and the acquisition of independence. During this period, adolescents indicate emotional instability, abrupt changes in behavior, fluctuations in self-esteem, increase of the conflict, and the desire for complete independence from close adults and reduced school performance. In adolescence often a psychological support is needed not only for children but also for their parents. The current adolescent will complete the phase in several years, at about nineteen, as she is sixteen now. It is important to have good conditions to grow in, to be able to communicate and to spend spare time as you like, devoting it to hobbies.
The circumstances that impacted on the experience are that the current adolescent has an older sister, as serves as an example for her and probably it is easier to solve problems and to find solutions. A sister can help more than the parents, because as a rule there is more trust to older sisters and brothers who can help and give an advice.
One of the main goals of involvement of adolescents in regular sport and recreation and sporting activities cannot be solved without taking into account sporting interests and needs of adolescents, without providing conditions for efficient and safe training. Sociological studies have revealed an apparent contradiction between the desire to engage adolescents and the lack of the necessary conditions, the monotony of training. Communication is also one of the main factors for the adolescent to grow and to get valuable experience.

The adolescents have to know that their parents are always ready to talk to them about their problems and give necessary help. This way of communication should always exist. Adolescents should be honest and truthful and they should talk to parents about everything that they feel. They do not have to hide anything important from their parents. This is what makes the gap: parents hide from their children a lot, while children, in turn, hide from their parents and the gap is getting bigger. At the age of adolescence
For teenagers as they grow older more and more deeply the human world is being revealed, and his attitude to life is becoming more selective. It is important that the diverse interests of the drop-down world were appealing to him, makes one want to live, do activities. The interests of the adolescents should be respected and parents should find a way to show the best sides of life the adolescents, for them to choose sports, to find friends, hobbies and interests in life. The psychology of the adolescents is weak and insecure, as in that period of life it seems that all the problems of the world should be solved and it can be done and must be done. The relation to the adolescents from the adults is not always good, as there is plenty of criticism that does not allow adolescents to fulfill their dreams or to do this or that activity. The psychological development of the current adolescent is almost complete, as nowadays there are plenty of resources to choose from, if you want to find information, it has become more available. There should definitely be a bridge between parents and the adolescent, and also a possibility to discuss any problems or ideas. There should be trust among parents and adolescents to provide easier life for both in difficult moments.
As a fact, adolescents have a lot of dreams and they think that they come true and many things can be achieved if you want to. That is important and people should not lose faith in it. There are plenty of dreams and illusions, as a rule not many problems and faith for the wonderful and perspective future.
A notable development in adolescence is strong-willed character traits – persistence, perseverance, ability to overcome obstacles and difficulties on this path. Adolescents in contrast to younger pupils are not limited to specific willful actions, but also to volitional activity. If the younger student is not always making plans of his goals and objectives that require the will to achieve them (usually the goal is scheduled by given challenges of teachers, parents), then an adolescent is more likely to set these objectives for himself, he plans to work on their implementation. But failure of will affects adolescents, in particular and they do not always show it in all spheres of their activities: with determination in one form of activity (for example, sports), they cannot detect it in other species (for example, training) revealing the will to master mathematics, they do not show it to a foreign language, etc.
