On analyzing my personal traits of character and my behavior I have to admit that I have both strengths and weaknesses, which affect consistently my relationships with people and my behavior in my professional life. As the matter of fact, it is quite natural that I have strengths and weaknesses because any type of character and any individual has strengths and weaknesses. At the same time, it is important to be able to analyze adequately strengths and weaknesses to attempt to make some changes in my behavior and in my personal development.
First of all, I would like to dwell upon my strengths. In this regard, I should say that I am always focused on my work and I very meticulous when I have to accomplish some tasks. In fact, I am never giving in until I complete the task and, as a rule, I succeed in it, because I am persistent and bold. Instead, I attempt to count on my own forces and use means available to me to reach the goals I have set.
Furthermore, I am a reasonable, prudent person. In fact, I can hardly do some actions spontaneously. Instead, I prefer to consider carefully possible effects of my action or inaction and only after that I can start acting. Moreover, often I plan my actions and it is very important for me to have a clear and concise plan of actions. On the other hand, I cannot say that I am absolutely unemotional person. In fact, I am reasonable but I am still vulnerable to the impact of my feelings and emotions. For instance, when I see that a conflict can emerge I always think how the conflict can affect other people and only after that I can take a decision and model of behavior in the conflict. In addition, I am quite successful in the stress management. Basically, I attempt to cope with this problem for I work on my communication skills.
In addition, I am inclined to making judgments about people and their actions, which though are not always correct. Nevertheless, I take my judgments for granted that can provoke conflicts in my relationships with different people. In actuality, my judgments are often based on my emotional perception of people and I attempt to analyze my first impression using my reason. In fact, I attempt to cope with my weakness and to make judgment about people on the ground of their deeds instead of my first impression of them.
In fact, taking into consideration my strengths and weaknesses I should point out that my traits of character and internal inclinations affect consistently my behavior. In actuality, I attempt to cope with my weaknesses, which I have and to change my behavior. For instance, I attempt to develop my communication skills.
