I would like to begin this paper from the term “diversity” definition, because it is actually notion in the frames of discussed topic. According to Roosevelt & Toni “diversity refers to any mixture of items characterized by differences and similarities. Because diversity is not synonymous with differences, but includes differences and similarities, managers do not have the option of addressing differences or similarities independently.” (Roosevelt, T. & Toni, 1993) Thus, we see that diversity is a wide notion that includes in itself many aspects.
Thinking about some major conflicts for all diverse groups relative to interpersonal and intrapersonal cultural challenges we could define three of them: language, gender and workforce. All of them are different in their nature, but all of them have same roots. For example, language can create conflict in communication between people and it is hard sometimes to overcome such communication barrier. Looking attentively on the interpersonal and intrapersonal aspects we see that both of them are affected not only by language differences, but also by phrases, their structure, tone etcetera. The next point is gender and it also can create great conflicts and cultural challenges. In relate to gender people often say that women have other kind of logical thinking and they are more emotional by their nature, but men vice versa and they can solve problems better.

This prejudice greatly influences on people in a diverse environment and in many situations it provokes conflicts on interpersonal and intrapersonal levels. Workforce is a disputable topic too, because, historically, some jobs associated with members of concrete cultures and power of stereotypes is too strong for ordinary people. It is better for them to create a conflict situation than to acknowledge defeat. I think that good leaders could unite people with one big task and it will help to overcome conflicts and misunderstanding at the work place.
Thus, there were discussed main questions of our paper in short and understandable form. It is necessary to mention that various impressions about the world transformed in consciousness of man in ideas, options, stereotypes, expectations which become the regulators of behaviour and intercourse for a person. In such a way, we could come to the conclusion that this process should have regulated character and it will be good for all sides of communication.
