Working for a global company Nike is very prestige, responsible and interesting experience, as the company constantly implements new ideas and uses new ways of promotion its products. The decision to create a virtual team whose mission will be to assess the feasibility of Nike’s making an inexpensive shoe that can be sold in Brazil is a brave decision that will develop the potential of the company. The idea to make an inexpensive shoe that can be sold in Brazil is brilliant, as there will be a great demand for that, as there are many people in Brazil who would prefer to buy inexpensive goods of Nike brand. Anyway, the idea to discuss the possible perspective and new opportunities online by Nike is optimistic and seems to be effective. The challenges the team will face can be misunderstanding because of the constant speaking foreign language, of different vision because of the multicultural makeup and in discussion new creative ideas offered by each member of the virtual team. These challenges can be overcome by active communication between the members of visual team, by evaluating different possibilities, ideas, offers, statistics and facts. The twelve members of the virtual team may have different vision, different approaches and different situation on the market that will be discussed within the virtual team. The challenges can also arise in accepting ideas and in discussion the approaches most suitable for the country, as in the multicultural atmosphere it may be rather difficult to agree on one decision which will be the best for the company. All the members of the virtual team speak English, that is why there are little chances of misunderstanding because of the language, as the misunderstanding can occur in the process of deciding the principles and ideas to promote the brand in Brazil, as it is important for the company to keep high profile, having loyal customers who value high quality and expensive products of Nike.
The process of developing a virtual work team can be compared to developing a team of people who all work together in one place by facing more challenges and multicultural barriers, limits and also opportunities. In this case multicultural virtual team may be more efficient in comparison with the team of people who all work together in one place, as there can be found so many new ideas that can benefit the company and to make up a better decision.

During the discussion, there will be also depicted the most creative ideas, even impossible thoughts that can benefit the final decision. During the virtual conversation there will be invented the plan, the list of possibilities, the level of feasibility, there will be also presented the up-to-date information and possible examples of the inexpensive goods for Brazilian market. The virtual team expectations are to successfully and effectively decide the feasibility, the possibility and the real demand of the inexpensive Nike products in Brazil. The company expects this experience to be effective and quick, because the multicultural ideas can be useful in creation of the approach to succeed on the Brazilian market.
