The development of democracy in Argentina made it possible to unite the vast masses of the working class people and create a new political movement which had the major goal – to built a fair state. Peron was the leader of this movement.3
In 1946, he won at the elections and became the President of Argentina. He and his Justicialist party developed their program of building a Justicialist state which must resist communism and capitalism. All the people in Argentina wanted to believe their leader.
