It is necessary to mention that young specialists in modern terms need not only good theoretical base but also practical skills and abilities, acquired by students in the process of practical lessons and in the period of passing of clinical practice. It promotes quality of education, allows a future specialist to be competitive in modern conditions.
The making of a good health professional is a long process, because it includes in itself different components of future development and concept of personality of health professional is the same as personality in general; thus it is complex, multilevel and multidimensional notion. It includes professional’s capabilities, many-sided culture and civil practice. The qualificatory index of specialist’s efficiency forming is an estimation of his personality internals and professional competence. Every personality quality is formed and shows up in truinity of knowledge, persuasions and practical activity. The important tasks of professional preparation in the health sphere is forming of complex scientific world view, high psychological and pedagogical culture and making of active vital position of a good future health professional.
Every day we say that our country needs good health care professionals and we mention sometimes only theoretical and practical knowledge, forgetting about personal characteristics that in many cases make people professionally unfit for health practice in spite their knowledge and practical skills. I strongly believe that all system of educative work in health practice must assist the accumulation of knowledge, acquisition of abilities and skills, practical experience, and, consequently, to the civil and professional formation of future qualified specialist. In the basis of this system we could find next principles of education:
 unity of professional, civil, moral and physical development of personality of specialist;
 continuity, succession and sequence of educative process;
 co-ordination of activity of administration, scientifically-pedagogical and student collectives.
Principle of unity of professional, civil and moral development acquires the special actuality in sphere of organization of educative process in health care establishments of higher education, as moral and professional categories are the equivalent constituents of professional duty of a good health professional. In relate to above listed principles, it will be good to add that a physical health of future health professional is a necessary condition of his successful professional activity. Thus, we distinguished four basic qualities of personality and into each of them those personality qualities which must be formed in the first rate. These internals determine basic educational work assignments in the health care establishments, and also aims and tasks of every direction individually.
It seems necessary to say that professional health care skills are integral components of the making of a good health professional, but at the same time we should remember that the task of forming of the socially-oriented personality, i.e. personality socially-competent, apt at self-determination and self-realization in society, realizing the responsibility before itself and before other, supposes forming of active civil position, high patriotic and international consciousness, orientation on family and domestic values as on the basic institute of reproduction of valuable member of society. The main task of health care professional is to take care of people not only in health sphere, but also look after their spiritual and social development.
Thus, taking into account all above mentioned information it seems clear that exactly today expansion of psychological and pedagogical functions of a good health professional is related to the increase of socially-psychological tension in a country and in the world, by sharp growth of psychosomatic and neuropsychic diseases, boundary mental conditions of human organism, by extreme investigation what an increase of suicide can be in different age. Health professional is an almost only professional, obliged to undertake the decision of these questions in the process of work with patients. Health professional must be able to find an individual approach to every patient, to choose the correct tactic of intercourse, mobilize not only patient’s physical but also psychical possibilities in a fight against an ailment, that will allow to treat not illness, but patient that is much better. The professional duty of health professional engages him in the dreg of events in the conditions of which he must become the standard of correct democratic behavior, answering a high status of responsible citizen.
