Furthermore, all three companies face the risk of the deterioration of their performance because of the lack of trained, well-qualified personnel in a long run perspective. In fact, they employ few employees, who do not have high qualification and, in a long-run perspective, the risk of limiting continuity for skilled labor arises. Finally, it is necessary to take into consideration the politico-economic exclusions from global supplies resources. Basically, all three companies can face a potential risk of such exclusions because of consistent changes in the political or economic development of the world. For instance, the deterioration of relationships with China can undermine the position of the Chinese restaurant. The change in the coffee market can lead to the decline of the coffee shop. The use of new materials instead of bottles can ruin the bottles shop.
