Cultural Separation/Cultural Globalization

The objective of this research is to explain why the culture separation is better than culture globalization. One of the common rules in this world claims that the diversity is better than the sameness. For example, environmentalists and biology know that the biodiversity is necessary for the health and normal functioning of ecosystem. This rule is correct for the culture as well.
Globalization and culture
The technological development created the base for the fast and effective informational exchange. The TV-programs, mobile phones, the Internet, and the growth of migration sweep away the cultural boundaries. People of different cultures adopts the traditions, share news, and this is the cultural globalization.
However, there are two main concerns related to cultural globalization. First: the adaption of the traditions in other culture often takes its formal aspect only, without touching its deep inner sense. It leads to the misunderstanding and simplification of cultural traditions, the loose of something valuable in cultural traditions. For example, the Japanese culture of geisha traditions was primitivised to the banal prostitution in the Western culture. Second, adapting different elements from other cultures the cultural tradition of the country can loose its basic, its roots. The loose of ethnic identity, for example, is hazardous in many senses, from the political to the physiological. Thus, the adaptation of the fast-food in Japanese culture led to the increase of digestive disorders among the Japanese residents.
Besides, there is the common threat for all contemporary cultures. The globalization is a product of corporation development, which sees the world as a large market. The consumer culture promoting the capitalists values can overwhelm the traditional cultural values of every nation. It will obviously lead to the impoverishment of global culture.
