I was born on the 4th of June, 1667. I was the youngest of four children in the family of affluent Italian immigrants. My family was large and very friendly; we spent much time together.
It would be fair to say that I was a privileged and pampered youth. I started traveling with my family around the world at a very young age: the Caribbean Islands, Israel and several European cities. Moreover my family owned a large house in Fort Lauderdale in Florida and every summer we were lucky to spend there.
Schooling and Hobbies
When I was a young girl I had many hobbies. One of them was dancing which I enjoyed greatly. I used to train and even compete in ballroom dancing with my elder brother as a partner.
I attended a private Catholic High School. I was smart and erudite; therefore I was doing well without putting too many efforts. My life was always full of new events, new places and new people – I was so enchanted by the variety of countries and cultures that I decided to convey my view of so multisided beauty to other people. By the age of 12 I have definitely put up my mind to take up a profession of designer as a career.
When I graduated from the High School I attended the International Academy of Merchandising and Design in Toronto. There I studied many complex and interesting disciplines, the knowledge of which had to become very useful for me in future. I graduated from the Academy with honors.
It is necessary to add that I took part in a summer coarse in the South of France, where I had a chance to study fashion history.
Career and Independence
After my graduation from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design I managed to land a job at a high and evening wear manufacturer Becker Fashion. I worked there for over than 20 years as a head designer under the label Frascara. The line was very successfully sold all over Canada and the United States of America via specialty boutiques and upscale retailers, including Holt Renfrew. I continued traveling for business to such fashion capitals of the world as: Milan, New York, Paris, London and others.
Personal life
Presently I am independent and live on my own in a condo downtown Toronto in a nice neighborhood.
I suppose that it is very important for every woman to look beautiful, so I devote a lot of my time to myself. My favorite kind of sport is Yoga, though I would rather call it not a sport, but a style of life. Yoga usually helps me to relax and to feel harmony with the world.
My creativity somehow transcended to other facets of my life, namely home decorating, which is one of my most favorite hobbies at the moment. Among other things I enjoy doing are: reading and listening to good eclectic music. Quite frequently I visit various museums and art galleries.
I have very close ties with my family, so usually I spent my free time with them or with a couple of good friends with great pleasure.
Nowadays I may state that I continue to be highly concentrated on my work and I am always ready to take on new challenges in it.
