In my opinion it is a kind of guidance to active actions and there are many advices concern in how to improve real situations and change the process of project management to more effective side. Very often people in a management are inclined not to search causal and fact-finding connections, but use templates or somebody else’s decisions. And when they do not suit to the situation, leaders carry out too expense and ineffective steps on their adaptation, a personnel loses motivation and faith in administrative potential of guidance. At that rate limitation of the system is become by technology of thought, folded in a company. I want to say that Goldratt’s ideas radically changed the pictures of management organization and practice of management all over the world and today these ideas are widely used in practise, and show good results.
