The greatest advantage of completing the course in Canada is that the local law allows foreign graduates to stay and work for two years. Provided that if a foreigner had worked well, the employer offered him a contract extension, and at the same time, if that person has no problems with the police, it does not create any obstacles for a simplified procedure for obtaining a residence permit. Thus, education in Canada is very attractive and offers good prospects for foreign nationals of other states.
As a fact, Canada is populated by peoples of various origins, in a country from the 1960’s policy of multiculturalism is widespread. Canadian cities can find elements of cultures around the world, in many cities there are neighborhoods with a predominance of an ethnic minority (for example, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese neighborhoods in Toronto and Montreal) where there are regularly held festivals on the culture of different countries. Maritimes provinces retain the Celtic folklore of the Irish and Scots, who at the same time fits well with the Gallo-Roman themes of Celtic Gaul, prevailed in Acadia and in Quebec. It is also noticeable the influence of the indigenous peoples of Canada: in many places you can find huge totem poles and other art objects of indigenous peoples. Significantly distinguished the Francophone population of Canada. It attaches particular specificity the nature of Canada, Montreal is a major center of francophone culture in America. Many French-speaking artists are coming to Montreal from different parts of the country (Quebec, Acadia, Ontario, Manitoba, etc.) from the U.S.
(especially those from Louisiana), as well as from the Caribbean to pursue a career in the field of literature, music, movies etc. Canadian culture is influenced by recent immigrants from all parts of the world. Many people come to Canada from Europe, the Middle East and Africa, which promotes the cultural elements in the life of the country. Many Canadians accept multiculturalism, and the views of some people can judge that the culture of Canada in the narrow sense of the multicultural word. Canada’s multicultural heritage is protected by the Article 27 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. My own reflections on the question of dealing with cultural, religious and racial diversity and commonality in community schools include justice, humanity, individual approach, creative ideas to help in solving different problems of diversity and the need of the modern view on the issues. It is important for people to be able to recognize the need for the accommodation of the beliefs, values and practices of modern science and the host culture. And the main things still include the mutual respect of cultures within a multicultural environment for the education for scientific culture to flourish. Cultural, religious and racial diversity and commonality in community schools in Canada are indispensable elements in the culture of Canada. Historically occurred diversity of many areas of life, Canada is proud to be multi-faceted country with the ability to attract people to live there and to feel confidence and importance. Cultural, religious and racial diversity should only be considered as a plus, as living in such country makes people feel they are living in the world without borders, being able to find out more about other cultures, new possibilities and to live in peace and harmony.
