Development originates from conception to death, thus plasticity, capacity for a change, though in a different degree, saved along the whole life span. The different processes of development can begin, proceed and closed in different moments of life, and in different areas these processes have similar trajectories not necessarily. Development of people flows utterly unevenly and differently, heterochronous (noncontemporaneous), and personality is not only a product but also subject of own development.
