Planning

Motivation
Motivation as a key management function associated with the process of encouraging to work through the formation of motives, to achieve personal goals of the organization. While planning and organizing the management determines what a specific organization should implement , when, how and who should do it. If the choice of these decisions is made by effective leader, these decisions can be put into action, applying in practice the basic principles of motivation.
Control
Controlling is a systematic monitoring of the implementation of plans, tasks and results of economic activities, provision of information through feedback from the controlled object. The process of controlling is needed to manage the planning, finance, production and labor discipline in the enterprise.
Control as a basic management function integrates all types of management activities associated with the formation of information about the condition and operation of a facility management (accounting), to examine information about the processes and results (analysis), work on the diagnosis and evaluation of development processes and achieve their goals.
The controlling process consists of a set of standards, changes in actual results and adjustments in the event, changes in actual results that differ significantly from the standards. With the help of controlling manager identifies the problem, their causes and taking active steps to correct the deviations from the goals and plan activities.
