As you can see, the behavior of managers has a major influence on decision-making of employees. Thus, behaving ethically, the head can significantly affect the ethical conduct of their subordinates.
The good working atmosphere and relations is important for everyone: from the worker to the director, so all must be treated with equal respect and tact.
There are some universal rules of communication between employees and management, it is useful to know for any manager: there must be a concern to people, be attentive to them; you must be able to give instructions to their subordinates; one should try to remember the names of subordinates and access them easily; in service relationships is important to develop and maintain a sense of personal dignity of every employee; do not ridicule, condemn people to be able to put yourself in the shoes of the accused; the ability to welcome people also contributes to the authority of the head; listening is the criterion of sociability.
Ethical standards for business communication and behavior should describe the overall system and rules, which, according to the organization must adhere to its employees. These standards are designed to improve business communication at various levels and in different spheres of activity. The purpose of their establishment – the establishment of normal atmosphere and the definition of ethical guidelines in decision-making. Every company, if it cares about its reputation, will seek to adopt in their own standards of ethics of business communication, which is an important component of business.
