Since early years every person begins to think about his future profession. Those people are lucky who have found their vocation, but what should the others do if they aren’t determined. I’m not a member of those people who have doubts about their job. I’ve already decided what I want to do in my life. When I say I want to become a lawyer the next question appears ‘why?’
On the one hand, this profession isn’t easy to cope with, but on the other hand, it gives you a huge amount of pluses. In fact, jurisprudence is the supremacy of law. If we posses it, we’ll be able to protect people from injustice. Also, our world is linked with a legislator’s work. For example, we all have attorneys since our birth. They are in the list of the most important people who must be present in our lives till the death.
Without doubt, this profession demands knowledge, skills in socializing, capability in finding the way out in any situation. My decision is based on the following factors: firstly, a lawyer has to possess deep knowledge in law and be agile. With these skills I’ll be able to prove my clients’ innocence. Also, a good lawyer must be able to represent both sides of the question based on arguments and I think I can cope with it. Secondly, attorneys are representatives of people with excellent rhetoric. We can come off clear in any case due to communication skills and articulate speech. Thirdly, lawyer must control the situation. I work hard in order to become a specialist. I enjoy coming to know the particulars of law in our country in order not to have loosing situations.
Of course, my decision isn’t spontaneous and I try to follow some leaders’ examples. Abraham Lincoln was a preeminent county lawyer, who managed to appear in the Supreme Court of the United States with new changes. He could prove the innocence of William Armstrong, who was blamed for murdering. One of my goals is to achieve best skills in jurisprudence in order to protect my clients.
If you’re a well-educated lawyer with ambitions, you posses modern law and you can easily find the way out, you have a chance to help people to be trapped. My goal is to become a legislator in order to profit people around me. I appreciate when people can prove their points of view, control the situation and find the best way out. I’m sure that I’m a member of this group and it’s one of the reasons of my decision. Law is the foundation of the society, if I know it I can help the society to improve.
