The program of inclusion foresees teaching of children with the limited possibilities of health in mainstream schools in one class with ordinary children.
Ideology, which eliminates any discrimination of children, which provides equal attitude toward all people, but creates the special terms for children, having the special educational necessities, is fixed in basis of inclusive education. Experience shows that from any hard educational system some part of children leaves, because the system is not ready to satisfy individual necessities of such children in teaching. This correlation is 15 % from the incurrence of children in schools and, thus, drop-out children become isolated and eliminated from the general system. It is necessary to understand that not children stand a failure, but the system eliminates children. Inclusive approaches can support such children in teaching and achievement of success that will give chances and possibilities for the best life.
Analyzing specific aspects of researched question we can mention that inclusive education is a process of development of universal education, which implies availability of education for all, in the plan of adaptation to the different needs of all children that provides access to education for children with the special necessities. Discussing this question Suss said that “people with hearing impairment wait endlessly for the big prize that will mean hearing happiness. Despite the daily challenges, the loneliness, the disappointments, those of us who have not given up—dropped out—face each day with fresh hope that a miracle will return us to the world of the hearing.” (Suss, 1993:225) In my opinion inclusion education has a great future for the educational system, because it aims to develop methodology, directed on children and acknowledging that all children are individuals with different requirements in teaching.
To sum up, according to last experiments in educational area, inclusive education tries to develop teaching, which will be more flexible for satisfaction of different requirements in teaching. (Banks, 1994)custom research paper
For the conclusion it will be good to say that if teaching will become more effective as a result of changes which are inculcated by Inclusive Education, then all children without different impairments also children with hearing impairment will win. It is necessary to add that I really believe that any of us who is going to work in the schooling area, have to absorb additional knowledge. Nowadays, many children with hearing impairment are attending mainstream schools and they need our help and support in their educational process. For the end of this paper I want to quote Banks who said that “[M]ainstreaming means the valuing of human differences. It means that everyone is a teacher and that everyone is a learner. It means that all of us together are greater than any one of us or some of us.” (Banks, 1994: ix)
