BACKGROUND
Sexual harassment has been exposed to increasing public scrutiny and discussion in recent years. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) defines sexual harassment as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. Both women and men can be the perpetrators or victims of this damaging social problem.
