The main purpose of this paper is to discuss obesity and its main characteristics. Saying about obesity’s dangerous moments it is necessary to note that obesity is insidious disease, and it has many reasons of the origin of its inherited predisposition, social level; psychological problems are both stresses and wrong way of life, low physical activity and, certainly, excessive use of fat food. As a result, through the system of difficult biochemical reactions, the amount of fatty tissue is increased in an organism.
No doubt, that it is very important to know why obesity appeared, and how to prevent its appearance, but majority recollect suddenly, when obesity problem is already present and it is time to begin obesity’s treatment. And if it becomes clearly for people, only looking in a mirror, which reflects far forms, doctors do not get tired to emphasize that without valuable treatment of obesity you doom itself on development of nasty chronic illnesses and, in final analysis, diminishing of life-span, which, can be such wonderful.
Negative sides of obesity is found in its dangerous influence on human organism and data of the last years clarify that conservative treatment of obesity can be successful, only if conducted complex includes the special diets, medications and regular physical exercises. But also in the case of good result there always is probability that weight will return back to an initial level, if you will not survive and will give indulgence for own body, because at once it is needed to accept for a rule that treatment of obesity is a lifelong process.
Presently in the civilized countries, where free access to the meal has the majority of population, the processes of accumulation of surplus fat in an organism have genetically predisposed persons (and such people consist majority) acquires continuously making progress character. It is hard to control own wish to eat delicious meal, because meal is one of the natural sources of enjoying, removal of stress and other. It becomes obvious that many people, who have dangerous habit to the frequent overeating, especially high-calorie food and like passive way of life, one day can be diagnosed with obesity.
Thus, based on above discussed information about obesity we can conclude that obesity is real problem of today’s society that should be solved as soon as possible. Defining this term in the previous information we see that obesity is a pathosis, characterized by the increase of body mass due to a surplus lipopexia in an organism. Summarizing all information about obesity’s main causes we can quote the next information: “the balance between calorie intake and energy expenditure determines a person’s weight. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns (metabolizes), the person gains weight (the body will store the excess energy as fat).
