In addition, a contemporary leader should be flexible to respond to the changing business environment and to be able to work in diverse environment. In this respect, it is worth mentioning the fact that a contemporary leader should develop a flexible leadership style, which meets the cultural background of organizations where a leader works. In fact, an effective contemporary leader should adapt to the cultural background of his or her subordinates and to develop the leadership style that meets needs and expectations of his or her subordinates.
